Why have I not received an order confirmation?

We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have navigated through the order process through the checkout page and submitted your payment for your order, but for some reason you did not receive an order confirmation on the website or in your email, please contact our Customer Service.

Warranty and Repair Service

If there are any issues or problems, or you just have questions about the product you ordered please contact our customer service to request support.

You should not have to return your product for service or repairs. All units firmware can be updated via Wi-Fi. If your product requires warranty service or repair from our support team, please submit your request along with your original order id and clearly state the issues you are having. Our staff will provide you with further instructions.

What is the Return/Refund policy? Return Policy

You will absolutely love your enail products. If for some odd reason you need to perform a return within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, you can receive a full refund if the products are in original condition and in their original box packaging. Products that have been damaged are not eligible for return or refund, if you damaged the product you purchased you will need to keep it. When processing an authorized return from our customer support representatives, if the product is not in original condition a restocking fee may be applied for the returned item. This policy does not include rules for custom orders, which do not have cancellations or returns available. For returns, please contact us for a RMA reference number. All enail units come with a manufacturer warranty, please review the warranty information in the terms and conditions of this site.

What Temperature Ranges Work Good?

You can adjust the temperature from 0°F to 850°F.

With your coil making a solid connection to your nail dish, you can try temperatures from 620°F to 710°F. You may go lower or higher but we think this is the best overall temperature range.

The perfect temperature you need to set on your enail will be different because it all depends on the coil and nail used, and how well the coil attaches to the nail for optimum heat consistency.

Can I use Celsius or Fahrenheit?

Yes. You can choose to display on screen the degree of heat in °C/°F, thats Celsius or Fahrenheit.
